Swiss-based Password Manager, tries to compete with Proton Pass.
It seems they actively work to meet your minimum requirements when listing password managers.

I see they also offer lifetime special offer, similar as Proton Pass.
However, Proton Pass one is just for Single person. So TransferChain Pass lifetime offering seems so much better:
I see they mention being regularly audited but do not see a report by Cure53 or any other auditing firm.
Their source code is not open source from what I can tell from their git page and how do they implement handle and control the blockchain sharding.
I personally don’t want anything stored on the blockchain and avoid it where possible.
